Ribbon in eagle's mouth has no color in it. There are no fine lines inside. The olive branch in the eagle's right claw has a strong center stem. The leaves are individual.

Middle bar of E is almost as long as top and bottom bar. Second S of SOLDIERS is well proportioned.
